I’ve always had a good experience here. But this was awful. The water was cold. The jets didn’t work, the plastic covering in the bowel was floating and wrapping around my feet. My deluxe pedi was done in less than 30 min and I’ve already lost the shellac polish off of one toe. The young man who did it looked and acted like he couldnt care less about what he was doing. Also, I requested Hellen but ended up with a different person. I will be coming back tomorrow requesting the polish be redone on the toe it fell off. I’m very disappointed in my experience this time.
